TikTok: Link a verified TikTok account
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”No verified TikTok account is linked to this ad account. In TikTok Ads Manager, link a TikTok account, then try again.
Why this happens
Section titled “Why this happens”TikTok now requires every ad to run from a verified TikTok account (identity). Custom identities are no longer accepted. If no verified account is linked to your advertiser account, the ad can’t be created.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Open TikTok Ads Manager / Business Center.
- Go to Assets → Identities.
- Click Link TikTok account and authorize a real, verified TikTok account.

- Return to markXpand and Relaunch.
