Snapchat: Create a Public Profile
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”Snapchat requires a Public Profile on every ad, but none was found on your account.
Why this happens
Section titled “Why this happens”Snapchat runs every ad under a Public Profile (your brand’s identity on Snapchat). If your ad account has no Public Profile, the ad can’t be created.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Open Snapchat Ads Manager.
- Click the menu in the top corner → Public Profiles.
- Click Create Profile and complete the brand details.
- Make sure the Public Profile is linked to the ad account you’re advertising from.

- Return to markXpand and Relaunch.
