TikTok: Advertiser account suspended
Your TikTok advertiser account is suspended, which stops ads from running. The way back is to submit an account review (appeal).
What you’ll see

…or a notice that your advertiser account has been suspended.
What this means
Section titled “What this means”TikTok has suspended the account, usually for a policy concern or a verification/information problem. No ads serve until it’s reinstated.
Why it happened
Section titled “Why it happened”- A policy violation on the account or its ads.
- Invalid or missing business information (e.g. a bad website URL, or a social profile used as the website).
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- In TikTok Ads Manager, open Account Setup → Account Status to see the reason.
- Fix the flagged information (valid website, correct business details, required documents).
- Submit an Account Review ticket — ideally within 3 working days of the suspension: 👉 Request Account Review
- Wait for TikTok’s decision, then Relaunch.
