TikTok: Get your account approved and add payment

Why this happens
Section titled “Why this happens”A new TikTok advertiser account must pass review and have a payment method before it can serve ads. Until then, targeting and launching are blocked.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”Get approved
Section titled “Get approved”- In TikTok Ads Manager, open Account Setup → Account Status.
- If it shows pending, wait for review (usually under 24 hours).
- If it was rejected, fix the flagged details and click Request Review: 👉 Request Account Review
Add payment
Section titled “Add payment”- Go to Tools → Payments (or Finance → Payment management in Business Center).
- Click Add payment method and complete the first deposit if required.
Then return to markXpand and Relaunch.
