Meta: Your Facebook Page isn't published
Your ad can’t run because the Facebook Page behind it is unpublished (hidden from the public). Publishing it takes a few seconds.
What you’ll see

…or an Instagram/Facebook ad that won’t launch from your Page.
What this means
Section titled “What this means”A Facebook Page can be published (live and visible) or unpublished (hidden, like a draft). Ads can only run from a published Page.
Why it happened
Section titled “Why it happened”- The Page was set to unpublished/hidden, on purpose or by accident.
- A new Page was never published after it was created.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Go to your Facebook Page.
- Open Settings → Privacy → Page visibility (on some layouts: Settings → General → Page visibility).
- Switch it to Published.
- Return to markXpand and Relaunch.
How to know it worked
Section titled “How to know it worked”The Page is visible to the public again, and your ad launches normally.
